“On August 14th I found I had a big problem with bed bugs that had infested my bedrooms and basement. I went to my local hardware store and spent $120.00 on bed bug sprays and foggers that didn’t work. I called Orkin, Senske, and Terminex for quotes. They all wanted all the money up front.

I called Mark at Grumpy’s Pest, tree, and Lawn Spray Services and his quote was $3000 less than the 3 other national companies. Mark stated he would work with me on a payment plan and that he only needed the cost of the chemicals up front. He was here at the time he stated and sprayed my entire home. But what was very surprising was that he did not stop there, he came back without me calling him, and checked on the bug problem and sprayed again, and a third time as well. He called and stopped by and checked on the problem. He really cares about his work and my family. If he found a bug he would come back and spray again at no additional cost to me.

I do not write letters of recommendation very often but this man has gone out of his way to make sure that he did the job right and he also cares about the people he provides services to. I would personally talk to anyone about Mark’s work and recommend him to anyone. My family and I can only say thank you to Mark.”
